  ਮੈਂ ਇਸ ਮਿਸਟਰ ਸਬ ਤੋਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਨਾਖੁਸ਼ ਹਾਂ, ਨਾ ਸਿਰਫ ਮੈਨੂੰ 6 ਸਬਸ ਲਈ 110 ਡਾਲਰ ਦੀ ਕੀਮਤ ਆਈ, ਸਗੋਂ ਉਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਮਾੜੇ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਬਣੇ ਵੀ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਦੱਸਣ ਲਈ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਦੇਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕੁਝ ਵਾਧੂ ਮਹਿੰਗਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਤੱਥ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਵਾਪਸ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਹਨ। ਮੇਰੀ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਇਹ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਸਟਾਫ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਹ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਚੰਗੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਬੋਲਦੇ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਉੱਥੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਦੁਹਰਾਉਣਾ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਰਿਹਾ। ਇਸ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਨਫ਼ਰਤ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੇਰੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਖੋਹੇ ਜਾਣ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਦੁਹਰਾਉਣਾ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਕੁਝ ਖਾਣਾ ਮਿਲ ਸਕੇ ਜੋ ਇਸ ਮਿਸਟਰ ਸਬ ਕੋਲ ਕਦੇ ਵਾਪਸ ਨਾ ਜਾਵੇ। ( i am so unhappy with this mr sub not only did it cost me a 110 dollars for 6 subs but they were badly made and also they negoeted to tell me something cost extra before giving it to me and they told me after the fact i want my money back also my other problem was i was unable to understand the staff as they dont speak english very well and i kept having to repat myself there nothing more in this world i hate than being conned out of my money and having to repeat myself just to get some food never going back to this mr sub ) FYI on thurseday morning i am calling Mr's Sub head office to demand my money back for the BAD servest i got !!!!!!!!

  I’ve been a customer for several years now, and the woman who used to serve me was always great. However, over the last few years, whenever the owner takes my order, I find his customer service to be lacking. He often seems miserable, and it makes for an unpleasant experience. On my most recent visit, I politely asked if the brown lettuce on my sub could be removed. His response was simply, “It’s normal.” When I repeated my request, he seemed annoyed. It wasn’t what I asked for, and the interaction left me feeling uncomfortable. I do enjoy the subs, but poor customer service really takes away from the experience. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident. I’ve had several interactions with him over the years that have felt unpleasant. I was also concerned during my last visit when I noticed the chicken used for chicken parmesan was already prepared sitting out on the counter on a sheet pre-made beside the toaster. I have no way of knowing how long it had been there, but it did not leave me feeling comfortable. I understand that customer service is not always easy, but this has become a recurring issue. It has reached the point where I felt it was necessary to write a review because the overall experience no longer matches the quality of the food.

  I think you need to teach the staff better food handling practices. They should not be using the same gloves to ring people through as they are for making the food. Remove the gloves, ring person through, new pair of gloves.
