  ordered a meal with large fries and the dude just didnt put them in the bag, tried to contact the store for a refund or anything and the worker just said "yeah we didnt have any fries". did not get a refund for anything either

  I enjoyed my $5.00 meal, with McDouble Burger, upgraded Large Iced Tea, and small fries. The crew also allowed me to get my Iced Coffee from 2000 points rewards.

  Stop here 15 minutes ago on my way home from work. It’s the only thing open and I’m starving. Order the chicken big Mac and I regret it. The chicken was borderline inedible, very very hard and dry. Having worked at McDonald’s in the past, I know these sat in the tray way too long, but instead of cooking fresh knowing these were dead they served them to me anyway. Who ever made this sandwich should be ashamed as well as the manger running this place. I would highly recommend driving a little further and avoiding this location all together after having this food.

  Ordered a plain burger Happy Meal from the drive thru at this location and drove 25 minutes home, only to open it and find… just a bun. No burger patty. Nothing. A literal “nothing burger.” Tried calling the store twice and no one answered. So not only was the order completely wrong, there’s also no way to get it resolved without driving all the way back. This isn’t a complicated order—it’s a plain burger. If that can’t be done correctly, and no one picks up the phone, something is seriously off with management and quality control here. Very disappointing experience.

  I am severely disappointed in the lack of care I received while visiting this location. I’m disabled. It’s challenging for me to get around. But I had to use the washroom (which were very dirty) and I also wanted a cup of hot water which you cannot order on the self serve kiosks. I stood at the cash registers waiting to be served. There was a lady who said “I’ll be with you in a moment”. A moment went by. So did 5 drive through orders and one inside order. I was starting to struggle holding myself upright. I was visibly shaking. I was breathing heavily. It’s part of my handicap. I understand having to wait my turn. But I do expect to be made some kind of priority. I was also very obviously struggling. So while I do not expect special treatment, I do feel as part of the human race, it would have went really far in my books if someone asked me if I was ok. I had this kind of thing happen at Costco and they immediately got me a chair to sit down at, got me an apple juice and checked on me until I recovered. I was pretty bent over walking to my car. Pretty much hyperventilating while my legs were giving out from under me. But I guess that’s ok, because at least their drive through is fast?? It makes me angry. There should be a dedicated person for indoor customers. We matter too. Also, I used to work at Tim Hortons and if i ever seen a customer struggling, I’d help them to a table, take their order from there, bring it to them and make sure they remained safe. Because that’s what we were trained to do by our manager. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. This negligence has caused me my autonomy.
