  It shouldn’t take 20-25 minutes for changeovers in the menu. Placed a mobile order, just to wait and not receive it properly

  We ordered at 11:31 and didn’t receive our order till 11:42. It was 2 coffees and a muffin. They didn’t even have to cook anything. In fact, they left the coffees on the counter for 4 min! There was 7 staff standing around doing nothing and when we asked for the coffee it was “sorry we are doing delivery orders” my response; cool but that’s literally already ready and people have gotten their food before us. Absolutely ridiculous staff and place. Won’t be going back this is the 4th time this has happened and I’m done. Don’t come to this one unless you wanna wait 15+ minutes for things that don’t even need to be baked. 11:51 UPDATE; muffin was horribly stale. Got a refund. Absolutely terrible services

  No free refills because of "safety"? Seriously? At least be honest and admit you want to squeeze more profit out of people. Don't lie to my face.

  Stopped in while heading through town for a quite bite to eat. It was anything but quick! While the place was busy, it was not busy enough to warrant the wait. It took just over 15 minutes for us to get our order. When we got to the table, my daughters order was wrong (missing the cheese on her cheese burger). When this was brought to the attention of the staff, it was made out to be our fault, despite the receipt showing it was a cheeseburger with cheese and meat only. They reluctantly agreed to make a new one. 10 minutes later and we got the right cheeseburger with a free side of attitude. The food was fine but the service absolutely sucked. On top of that, the washrooms were in need of a heavy clean as they were absolutely disgusting.

  Morning staff at this location keep me coming back. 5 am coffee is consistently good. Akya is so fast & friendly!
