  Absolutely nasty food had to build my one big Mac it was disintegrate with lettuce and the cheese burger don't even get me started on that

  Order a big Mac had to build it my self and had more lettuce and it still dry since they didnt add any sauce

  Came thru drive through and told me they had an item at the speaker and went to the window for the lady with terrible attitude tell me they don't. I didn't have a McDonald's uniform on, clear you can talk to me with respect and inform a customer in a nice way. To top it off the 2 lady's at drive thru pulled me for my drinks and their was no line & other cars got their orders. 0 stars beyond pathetic service.

  Absolutely terrible went thru drive thru today had gotten my son a sausage and egg with no cheese asked to make sure their was no cheese on it to only drive home have him open it and have cheese on it, then when I drove all the way back to the store all they did is look at me with basically no sympathy that I have now wasted my time driving back and forth for their mess up to grab a new sandwich idk if it’s a language barrier thing but clearly if you can’t follow instructions on a mic or on the screen you shouldn’t be working

  I visited this branch yesterday and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. I came in to resolve an issue with a previous order, but the staff simply told me they couldn’t help without any clear explanation. I chose to move on and placed a new order, clearly asking them to make sure everything was correct. When I received my order, it was completely unacceptable—several items were missing, and both the fries and the burger were cold. When I went back to address the issue, the situation got even worse. One of the employees took the fries from me, refused to replace anything, and then shut the window in my face while I was speaking. I was left standing there, ignored, without my food and without any resolution. For the record, I have receipts to prove both orders. This level of disrespect and lack of basic service is shocking. Customers deserve to be treated with professionalism and honesty, not ignored and dismissed. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this location.
