    There’s a woman in the drive thru at lunch that is on the speaker sometimes and she’s so RUDE, you start saying a mobile order code and she cuts you off EVERY TIME and says “ok one seconds let me check” and then almost always comes back and says again “ok what’s the code” and then often cuts you off again. The older lady normally at the 1st window though; so freaking nice.

    I have been a customer at this location for years, and this was one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had. I placed my order online and picked it up through the drive-thru, expecting the food to be fresh and properly prepared. However, when I got home, I found that the meal was not fresh at all. The burger was cold, and the fries were cold, hard, and tasted like they had been sitting for a long time or were almost frozen. I tried calling the restaurant immediately to report the issue, but no one answered the phone. This is unacceptable customer service, especially for a loyal customer who has supported this location for years. Customers should not be handed cold or old food, especially when the order is picked up through the drive-thru and we only discover the problem after getting home. I am requesting that the store manager or owner contact me and make this right. My order was placed online and picked up through the drive-thru on July 6 at 12:09 AM. This experience was very disappointing, and I hope management takes it seriously.

    Hot day and you guessed it, ice cream machine isnt working. We were going to eat here but decided to go to Dairy Queen where we dont have to ask if the ice cream is working.

    I usually have no complaints.. but tonight I ordered thru SkipTheDishes and I wanted to Call in before they prepared my meal to ask for FRESH nuggets... because I. Do. Not. Like. Stale,dry,overcooked, refryed or undercooked NUGGETS.. usually whenever I ask in person or over the phone about this 1 thing they put the effort in... the app doesn't have an option to write what I specifically want so I'll call... but I called 8x and no one picked up.... I understand low staff and busy work flow to make sure things are put in the bag... but this was important to me.. because unlike everyone else I NEED THEM FRESH! The picture doesn't show it well to the untrained eye but they were indeed NOT fresh and YES I took into consideration the steam and the time it took to get to me.. try again.. I dont like half assed efforts I know what its like being at work late and not wanting to do too much, but I also know people dont really care about customers sometimes. I know food is made and kept warm and when an order comes in Whatever is done and available is what goes out 1st because "why make a new batch" but if anyone has that mindset IT SHOWS and I was already having such a terrible time being emotional and now y'all have me writing a damn review about it all! I dislike making things seem like a bigger deal than they are😼‍💹 I can already imagine your reply to me and its apologetic and very corporate and to whatever you say my answer is :please .. Just do better.. and pick up your calls! If this happens again I will come visit in person and have some words.. I know I complained ,but this place is still a good place to go to especially in person.. but it may be a coin-flip for some people.

    I paid $.50 for lettuce on my McDouble and received a dusting of lettuce. Do better. Please also be aware that if it is not busy, you need to ask for your fries to be made fresh otherwise you will receive cold soggy fries that have been sitting around. The food does come very quickly at this restaurant usually.
