Despite only the drive-through being open — meaning traffic should have been easy to manage — I waited 15 minutes for a simple black coffee. There was at least one other car ahead of me dealing with the same slow service. To make matters worse, the young man taking orders was noticeably rude, which made an already poor experience even more disappointing. For an early morning stop where speed and friendliness should be a priority, this location fell well short. Hoping management addresses both the service pace and staff attitude.
