  The food arrived cold, tasted bad, and honestly wasn’t worth the price at all. Pretty disappointing considering how expensive it’s gotten, especially for food that clearly wasn’t fresh. And its high calories for no reason

  I was the second customer in line... the order before me was only 2 coffee's and 2 muffins. Took 10 minutes to get my breakfast sandwich combo. AND it (the English muffin) was burned.

  McDonald's is known for its consistency and this location is consistently bad. Routinely incorrect orders, subpar food quality, and slow service each time I visit. Go to another location.

  McHappy Day is a fabulous way to support RMH, fill our teams belly’s and put a smile on their faces. We have supported McHappy Day for several years now and this location never disappoints. Thank you to the McDonald’s team for filling our early order perfectly and helping us to our vehicle! Hats off to you all!!!

  It only deserves 1 Star the highest because I enjoyed their new refresher drinks, but it was mistaken. I ordered the Orange Dream on their kiosk at then somehow an employee dropped it off at the table where I am sitting for table service. I ended up with a Berry Bliss that is blue with white foam. It is still good, but it should be corrected what I have ordered and they should read it is an Orange Dream. I am paying my hard earn money and driving all the way here for their new refresher drinks. The results I get is a mistake that is easily been avoidable. Do they not know how to read and how to do simple task to work at a fast food industry? I could have went to Starbucks down the road near Best Buy by Masonville just a minute drive there even it is a bit more expensive. At least Starbucks has always corrected my order. If whoever did not do a proper job needs some training or find another suitable occupation. McDonald’s is a richest fast food chain in the world, but they cannot train their staffs properly and no wonder why customers complained of their quality of service. McDonald’s has been going up in price, and it is ashamed I should have support local Canadian businesses that is struggling than to support a chain that is greedy caring for their own profit margin. $20.00 for a meal at McDonald’s is not worth it, and it is more of their price than just a minor mistake of a wrong refresher drink order. This would be my last time at McDonald’s, and their food is unhealthy. Go to a real local grocery store, or farmers market and eat real food what nature is made for us to consume. Stop spending your hard earn money at McDonald’s. I would rather go to my local Starbucks down the road than any McDonald’s including here next time. I will be careful where I am spending my money. The refresher drinks are okay, by the way. It is worth the first time, but it is not a must. I am sticking with Starbucks for now. Support your local businesses that is deriving you real proper service. Would you do business for someone who cannot get the order right and cannot read to avoid this mistake? No! Embarrassing for a big company that hire someone who lacks experience to be working at this field. Find another job for whoever who cannot handle working at fast food service industry.
