- BBBrendanMay 8, 20261.0Around 8:20 this morning the manager working was making coffee, wiping up messes & touching things up front & without washing her hands then put the english muffins in the toaster and grabbed the cheese for my sandwiches with her bare hands and put it on the wrapper. I then immediately got her attention & requested a refund. When she asked why it's because i told her she didn't wash her hands and her response was "I would have washed my hands before I made the sandwiches" in a rude tone. I would like to request follow up to ensure that hand washing and general hygiene practices are being followed because that's how people get sick. It is unacceptable to spend our money here and have individuals add unnecessary risks. There needs to be accountability and further training clearly.
