  Lovely experience today. Staff are welcoming and kind. I was greeted and given some delicious chocolate. Surprised at how many different flavours are available, difficult to decide. Employees were able to make some great suggestions and I’ll definitely be back for more. Highly recommend this store and their level of customer service. Thank you Lindt.

  Great selections. Gift baskets are beautifully arranged. Reasonable prices. Checkout the golf themed gift basket for dads.

  Their scale is not accurate. I asked to weigh my bag to see what it would cost me, it was over 200 grams ($18). I took a walk around the store to see if there was anything else I wanted to buy, found nothing and went to check out. Put the bag back on the scale, it was now showing over 300 grams without having added anything to it (almost a 10$ difference). I asked the cashier why it was 10$ more, he assumed I added more to the bag. I said I didn't. He slapped the scale a couple times and that time it was exactly 201 grams, even less than the first time I asked for the bag to be weighed. I don't think I'll feel comfortable shopping here again unless a second scale is added to the store where customers can check the weight of their product prior to purchasing. I also have a vague memory about having this problem with this store in the past, I may have even reviewed it.
