  The wait time for a regular meal is unacceptable. the workers here seem to always forget an item while charging full price, on top they do not compensate for their own mistakes. Do not come here

  Put an order in on the app. And it wouldn't go through. So I sent my husband to the restaurant just to buy our dinner. In the meantime one of the orders I tried to put through. Without me knowing, no confirmation what so ever. That was on July 6th. Was told on July 10th I will get a refund and today July 22nd I still have not received my refund. And with the food that my husband bought was horrible. The gravy wasn't full, the fries were not full. Not impressed. If I could give them '0' stars I would

  Thank god, I checked the reviews in doordash and here as well. I used to love KFC, but seeing the disappointment from customers, now I feel like never going to KFC. Very poor management it seems whoever is running it.

  It's an odd set up at this little location, cash only at the order counter or signs directing you to order using the indoor kiosks to use debit or credit. No cards at the counter ( 8 ft away) I witnessed an older couple become upset because they were instructed to use the kiosk if they didn't have cash, the girl was nice to help them ,however as they voiced their concern " this used to be easier " and we just wanted to get our chicken ... times are changing and I'm not sure this set up is a smart route for KFC. It didn't inspire me to return and I'm sure others won't either. I placed my order 15 minutes ahead on the app and still waited behind 5-6 Uber and skip orders being made, instead of me, the customer in the store waiting to be taken care of as a priority. There are enough other chicken places in town in 2026 that can have my $ if service and wait time is better. This is not the Kentucky Fried Chicken it used to be.

  Rosie at KFC was absolutely wonderful! The headsets weren’t working, but she went out of her way to come outside and kindly let me know to pull up to the window. Despite the situation, she stayed extremely polite, helpful, and professional. She took my order smoothly, packed everything perfectly, and even offered me a variety of sauces to choose from, which I really appreciated. Her attitude truly made the experience better. KFC should definitely fix their equipment—employees like Rosie shouldn’t have to come outside in the heat just to guide customers. She went above and beyond, and it didn’t go unnoticed!
