  Missing items multiple times in a row, then when i call they never answer the phone. So i have had to drive back and they never do anything for you. Never ordering from this location again.

  I encountered the worst experience ever at this KFC location today May 13th 2026. It was a drive through and she kept screaming at me , at a point she chuckled. I drove through to make payment and she mentioned my bill, I took out my phone to pay and she kept screaming at me to make payment even when I had stretched my hand to pay. She asked me how she’s supposed to know if I wanted to pay with my phone. That was it for me. KFC can do better than this. Poor customer service to the core. I’m sorry but I will never patronise KFC. Highly disappointed in whoever hired her.

  My order number is #73837. I ordered my food from 1:15pm still have not recieved my order it is 4:30pm now. I called the KfC customer service. Not getting too anyone. I called the location I ordered my food from. As well send two messages. I just want my refund back please and thank you.

  The owners trained their employees to not give out napkins and forks; you’ll have to ask for it every time. 50% of the time they won’t have forks. I like kfc franchises because of the food, however the location and whoever owns it, makes things sub par. Can’t blame the employees as they were directed as such.

  A big thank you to Rose and Vanessa who always go out of their way and go above & beyond to give exceptional service to each customer! We appreciate you ladies and just know that you ROCK!! Thank you to all staff there as you all work very hard and we appreciate you all.
