  Very disappointing experience. I ordered through Uber Eats and had to wait an unreasonably long time for my order. Although they did let me know that one of the items had to be substituted, the entire process still took far too long. The wait was frustrating, and the staff did not come across as professional or show much urgency in preparing the order. Overall, the long delay and poor customer service made for a disappointing experience. I hope management works on improving both the speed of service and the professionalism of the staff.

  I had a very disappointing experience with KFC Hyde Park. I placed an order around 11:45 p.m. because Google showed the restaurant as open 24 hours. However, after placing the order, I noticed on KFC's website that the location was only open until 12:00 a.m. I immediately tried to cancel my order, but I couldn't because the payment had already been processed. Since I couldn't cancel, I decided to keep the order and monitored the tracking page. It only showed "Order Received" and remained that way for over an hour with no updates, no notification that the food had been prepared, picked up, or delivered. Based on the lack of communication and the restaurant's posted closing time, I reasonably assumed the order would not be fulfilled. The next morning, I stepped outside and found the food package left at my front door. It had apparently been delivered during the night without any notification. By that point, the food had been sitting outside for hours and was no longer safe to eat. I find this extremely unprofessional. If an order is delayed, customers should be kept informed through accurate tracking and delivery notifications. Leaving food outside overnight without any communication is unacceptable, especially when the customer has no way of knowing it has arrived. I hope KFC reviews its order tracking and delivery process so other customers don't have the same experience.
