  Purchased throught the drive-thru with sides of macaroni salad and coleslaw. The macaroni was just plain noodles with very little flavour. The coleslaw was gray and we didn't even want to eat it. Yuck!

  Extremely slow and poor service. I went through the drive-thru, and it took more than 20 minutes to get the food. The person didn't even say anything to address the lateness.

  It has nothing to do with the food, but I took my sibling who is craving for KFC at the Hyde Park location in London, Ontario. I use the drive-thru service.There were a few cars in front of us, and there were almost a dozen cars behind us in a humid and rainy day. What is worst is it took so much timing waiting until I reach towards the speaker by driving my car there. My sibling wants the Flamin’ Hot Cheetos limited time chicken sandwich combo, and the person who is taking the orders could not comprehend the first task and said again to get it correct. It was so slow, and the cars that were in front of us have waited for their food and drinks so long almost 15 minutes. For a big company that serves fast food, it should prioritize express services for those who have drive-thru services. There were cars behind me lining up at least 12 that is waiting to take their orders. I went to the first window and there were no workers and another person waved at me who is a worker to come to the second window. The service is slow and not acceptable having at least 20 cars including me to wait this long for food and drinks. The Flamin’ Hot Cheetos limited time was not bad, but the express service was bad. Staffs working at Starbucks drive-thru can get things done properly without any hassle and doing complex orders. This is KFC/Taco Bell, this location could have done better. There are better food and drinks in the Hyde Park area. You are better off supporting local businesses. Paying high prices for unhealthy food. Fast food chains needs us as consumers more than we need them. How unacceptable to have people waiting in drive-thru to wait this long and poor express services felt it is so understaffed. I will not come here again. I will take my business somewhere else.
