  genuinely the slowest place ever! they will stare at you at the front and when they finally take your order you’re waiting for like an hour. not tryna blame the workers i guess, why is there genuinely like 2 people working most times?

  It would help if services paid for were rendered. Instead its just theft when money is taken with nothing given in return. I aslo really apreciated being hung up on serveral times in a row when trying to get a refund.

  The food was not good (dry fries, half soggy chicken), service was slow, & not a single glove was changed while I was waiting for my food. I watched a worker go from food, to the soda machine, the till, touching her hair & shirt, all without changing gloves once. Not to mention the tables were greasy, littered with crumbs & garbage. Gross place, gross food.

  I wish i could give zero stars. After waiting over 20 minutes i asked them why it was taking so long. I have never heard of fast food needing over 20 minutes for a sandwhich it doesn't even take that long to fry. They did 10 drive thru orders while ignoring the dining room. When i asked to cancel my order and requested a refund they refused saying i used the kiosk. Worst experience ever would never go here again. I will be charging back as you failed to provide me my food.

  If I could select zero stars I would when you read the sign at the drive thru and place your order it changes when you get to the window to pick it up. They tell you that fries are not included in your meal and make you repay for fries. When you try to correct the lady at the drive thru that doesn't listen to what you have to say and explain what is posted on the sign she rudely shuts the window in your face. I will never go back to this location again.
