Ordered in advance the day before for my daughter's birthday party and they took a half hour longer than the pick up time, forgot our fries and forgot half the toppings on a Big Crunch sandwich. They had people lined up complaining about the same things canceling their orders on mass. Terrible service and a completely understaffed location.

There is no signage indicating the chicken is Halal - I politely asked for non Halal chicken just to be sure as I try to avoid it - the guy was very rude and said it’s all halal - i asked why they didn’t have signage to inform customers of this upfront - again he rudely brushed me off and said it was on their website - why are they not transparent letting customers know that it’s Halal ?? Seems very unethical - The place looked very unclean with a very creepy staff- no thanks

Very disappointed. I ordered this and it arrived completely undercooked. The chicken is clearly not cooked properly and it’s not safe to eat. What are you thinking serving customers food like this? This should never have left the kitchen. I paid for a proper meal, not raw/undercooked food. Very unacceptable.
