  Absolutely 0 issue with the place. Food tasted fresh, and prepared in a timely manner. Customer service was very friendly as well. Welcoming environment.

  Staffs are great! Foods.. same KFC! Only go KFC few times a year. Didn't go to wonderland one because of the rating. Would Go here again!

  ​I scheduled a KFC order online around 5:00 PM on June 21st for a 7:00 PM delivery. By 7:45 PM, the order still hadn't arrived, and my whole family was starving. When I called the store, I realized they hadn't even started it because they were completely unaware the order existed. ​To fix the situation, I downloaded the KFC app, placed a new order for pickup, and went to get the food myself. However, soon after picking it up, a guy from the store called me. Instead of apologizing, he demanded to know why I had submitted negative feedback when I had "already received the order." He then started lecturing me, saying I should wait for an email confirmation before contacting them. ​I clearly explained to him that the food I had was a completely different, secondary order I placed for pickup, not the initial delivery order that they missed. Even after I explained that there was clearly a glitch in their system and that I wasn't blaming anyone, he continued to argue with me. I eventually just hung up on him so I could finally enjoy the food and celebrate Father's Day with my dad. ​KFC staff should respect their customers and learn basic customer service. I definitely do not recommend this store.
