- JMJoel Middel1 day ago1.0Honestly, gave this place a shot 3 times. They are by far the worst in the city. It's not close. Ordered a 20 piece one time got home it was 20 of the smallest wings pieces I've ever seen that were dry and overcooked. Half a box of fries, I pre ordered and still waited 25 mins for the food. Communication while waiting was nonexistent. Honestly the quality of service and food has been bad everytime. Last time we went was a couple years ago. I said enough is enough. Which is unfortunate because it's a convenient location for us. Today we decided to give it a chance again. Again been a couple years. What a mistake that was! Wife waited 30+ minutes for the food again. Then when they finally gave it to her, she went to the car and checked the bag, sees there is no gravy. So she went back in to get the gravy and they tell her they don't have any gravy so they tell her they gave some extra fries instead without asking or saying anything. Yeah sorry this is our 4th experience of this place giving us issues. Literally all other times we went had issues. If you are a KFC gravy is a kinda important ingredient. That place already has bad reviews, and the worst in the city. But it deserves all of them. Terrible service, terrible atmosphere, especially while you get ignored waiting 30 minutes everytime for "fast food". Communication is brutal, and once again an issue with the food. They are always missing something or poor quality. Nothing has chaged. 4 for 4 bad experiences. I don't usually write bad reviews, and just move on. But people should know to stay clear. This place needs new management and staff period!
