  The front cashier, a young lady who was working Friday, July 3 at 8 30 pm, was so patient with me as I ask her many things about the menu. Excellent customer service from her. Very friendly and kind.

  Great experience every time I go! The food is always fresh, the staff are friendly and fast, and my order is usually made exactly how I asked. The restaurant is clean, and it’s hard to beat the value for the price. Whether I’m grabbing a quick snack or a full meal, Taco Bell never disappoints. Definitely one of my favorite fast-food spots!

  The workers are always acting weird and giving me a strange look when I ask them when my online order is ready. On top of this, my order is never ready on time even when I order 20 mins ahead of time. The staff needs better training

  Lady at register, who took order. No customer service experience. Grunted when I ordered. I added a gravy for my 4 PC, and she substituted it for Cole slaw. And when I asked about my cpl slaw. She attempted to charge me extra for it. Meanwhile had charged me 1.00 for my gravy. Never again, will I spend at this KFC/Taco Bell food court kisok.

  Horrible customer service experience. My daughter and I came specifically for popcorn chicken (her favourite and it was a special morning together) we had arrived at 10:40 not realizing this location doesn’t open until 11. No problem. We gathered a few other food items and took a seat in-front of this kfc so we’d be ready at 11. 11:10 a girl comes out and tells me 5 for mins. We wait…… I finally get to order and afternoon done ordering and she gives me the food, she tells me they have no ketchup. We ordered chicken and fries…… she just blankly stared at me with no response. I told her I’d be filling out this survey and she just smirked at me. Horrible horrible experience. Don’t even bother. They have no heart. Here is a picture of the location still closed at 11:15.
