  Sanjana is very nice. Provide the food within the second I ordered and help me with the kiosk as well. Store is very clean. Very impressed by their service. Best kfc in london

  Drive through closed I was told through the speaker and I had to come in. Go inside and they will only take order through the kiosk according to signs. Then get the order home and my 12 peice chicken was only 10 pieces with 5 of them drumsticks and one a tender instead of chicken piece. Won't be back 1 star is too many.

  Ordered uber eats, food came with no utensils, no napkins, no straws and no sauce.im extremely disappointed, it it your job to make sure everything is in the bag and you can’t even do the most simple job. Is it the employees first day of living? Fries were also freezing cold. And the “crispy” chicken is soggy. Horrible place don’t eat here unless you want to be disappointed

  Imagine ordering a 60$ variety bucket and they forget to give you sauce. I specifically ordered 6 BBQ sauce & you cant just help but think they maliciously & intentionally “forget”. It’s not that hard. Learn to read kids.

  I had an excellent experience, and I would like to sincerely thank Sanjala for her outstanding customer service. She was warm, professional, and truly attentive throughout my visit. The KFC chicken was the best I have ever had in my life—absolutely amazing. Thank you again, Sanjala, for making the experience so memorable!
