  Can’t get what I ordered! And also told me their cook is leaving in 15 mins. Store is open until 3am and I ordered at 10:40pm. Very disappointed!

  I had a really good experience at this KFC location. The food was fresh, hot, and tasty. The staff were friendly and handled orders quickly even during busy hours. The place was clean and well-maintained too. Would definitely come back!

  I had a fantastic experience at KFC Highbury! The food was fresh, hot, and perfectly cooked — especially the original recipe chicken, which was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The staff were friendly and efficient, even during the busy lunch rush. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and my order was ready in no time. It's always a pleasure to visit this location. Highly recommend if you're craving some classic KFC comfort food done right!

  I have a worst experience at KFC . I spent 15 minutes for waiting the order.. after that one girl who said she is the manager.. they don’t have items for the food .. she said this because they don’t want to make an order .. and she said they can not connect the skip or the customer. She wanted me to wait for long or cancel the order. Very unprofessional.

  The store that this happened at is Highbury rd store in London. This store got my order wrong completely, so very greasy and the coating was falling off.some of the chicken was not even recognizable. The order should have been correct because the “manager” punched it in. When I took the order back they were very rude and there was absolutely no responsibility of there wrong doing. They said it was my fault. No sorry ,just bad attitude. I had company waiting at home for dinner. It took over 30 minutes to get my second order. I called the store manager to get her feedback , she also did not take responsibility, and I had to ask for a sorry. I wanted her name so I could let head office know about this store, she said she was not giving her name and hung up on me. You would think this day and age with everything so expensive they would really push good customer service. If people are like that they should take training. FFUWIKFC
