  So we ordered 12 piece that came with fries and gravy and we trusted that our order was fine. We drove a long way to come here because the last time we came we liked the service so when we arrived home we only received the bucket of chicken pieces. The rest of the hoarder was missing and it's really frustrating that we had to drive another 20 minutes back to correct them and because of this they should have maybe give us some free stuff but now they just give us what was missing and send us back home, I'm not sure if I want to go there again

  really late I ordered three times every time was delayed for 20 minutes . The service was very rude and the food was out of time most of time. Really rubbish branch

  I place an order online in the parking lot to avoid customization confusion, get to the window and am told to come back in ten minutes... If I had just driven up to the window and ordered it would have been faster. Why even bother having an online ordering process? To add insult to injury the worker just started yelling and then stopped responding to me. Overall a very poor experience. This was 120pm, September 22, 2026.

  More coating than chicken. Chicken was tough, seemed undercooked. Gravy was thin and watery. Fountain drink was weak and watery. Service was slow. Quality overall has gone downhill. This will be my last visit to KFC.
