- KJKelsey JohnsonSep 25, 20261.0The older woman working the counter is usually on her phone and ignores customers, if you order a mobile order ahead of time, they'll serve everyone else before they get to you and also forget to make your order. Do not recommend going to the white oaks mall kfc
- SSSandeepSep 23, 20261.0Nobody wears beardnet always the order is late. I asked the guy if the order is ready he rudely said you can cancel the order and leave. If that's the kind of employees you have I am sorry please teach them manners. There is no option for zero stars i would have given zero.
- SSSuma SamadSep 20, 20265.0The best fast food I had
- OOObiageli OraghalumAug 31, 20261.0I bought chicken from the KFC inside White Oaks Mall, and unfortunately, it was spoiled. It had an unpleasant smell and taste. It was very soft and salty. This was very disappointing and concerning, especially because customers expect food to be fresh and properly prepared. I hope the management investigates this issue and improves its food-quality checks.
