Had a great time at Kelsey’s with some friends! We came in for some food and drinks and everything was great. Mackenzie was our server and she was awesome — super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. Great service and a really good experience overall. Definitely would come back!

Pick up order. Walked in and gave the name and was asked if it was uber. It wasn’t just a regular online order and the name it was under. Was told it would be a few minutes.
After it being 15 minutes after the communicated pick up time I asked how much longer it would be to which she asked the name again and I provided the same name. She then turned the bag that had been sitting there since I arrived (I assume before the pick up time of 5:10) and said here it is. I took the order and when we got home we found the wrap was made incorrectly. The chicken wings were cold which hasn’t been an issue before, but I assume the pick up debacle contributed to this. There was also hair in the food, which happens we get it but after everything else on top of this. Really disappointed.
Extremely disappointing experience. I waited 20 minutes just to place my order, despite there being no one ahead of me. I was then told my food would take 15–20 minutes, but ended up waiting over an hour for a single entrée.When the food finally arrived, it was cold. There were also multiple other customers visibly upset and waiting, as there appeared to be only one employee assigned to the bar. Rather than serving customers, she was spending time talking with friends while customers continued to wait.
After waiting over an hour for one entrée only to receive it cold, I ended up throwing the food away and going to McDonald’s instead.I completely understand that restaurants can get busy, but this was far beyond a normal wait. The lack of communication, customer service, and management response (no effort to address the situation/explanation) made this one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had.
I wanted to take a moment to give a special shoutout to Ashlee VanKroonenburgh, who is genuinely one of the nicest waitresses I’ve ever had the pleasure of being served by.
Every time my family and I come to this restaurant, Ashlee always seems to be our waitress, and honestly, we couldn’t be happier about it. From the moment she comes to our table, she is incredibly kind, welcoming, friendly, and attentive. She always makes sure that my family and I feel comfortable and taken care of, and she does it in such a natural and genuine way.
I have never once had a bad experience with Ashlee. She is always patient, respectful, and happy to help with anything we need. She has such a warm personality that makes the whole dining experience feel more enjoyable. You can really tell that she cares about the people she’s serving and takes pride in what she does.
I also hear her interacting with other customers and coworkers around the restaurant, and she always comes across as such a genuinely sweet and positive person. She seems like someone who truly enjoys her job, and that kind of attitude makes a huge difference. It’s refreshing to see someone who brings such a good energy into their workplace and treats everyone around them with kindness.
Ashlee is the type of employee who deserves to be recognized. Great service isn’t just about getting your food and drinks to the table it’s about how you’re treated, how welcome you feel, and the overall experience you leave with. Ashlee consistently goes above and beyond in that sense.
My family and I always feel comfortable when she’s serving us, and she has definitely made our visits to this restaurant even better. She is professional while still being incredibly personable, and her kindness never feels forced.
If management sees this review, I really hope they know what a great employee they have in Ashlee. She is a wonderful representation of the restaurant, and I genuinely appreciate all the little things she does to make customers feel welcomed and valued.
Thank you, Ashlee, for always being so kind, friendly, and welcoming. You’re truly appreciated, and your hard work definitely doesn’t go unnoticed! ❤️

My partner and I went last Sunday night. We came to enjoy a half priced app, since our experience beforehand was very pleasant. It wasn't very busy, maybe 2 or 3 tables on the bar side. The on duty manager greeted us and went to seat us on the bar side. We politely asked if we could sit restaurant side and he let out a big sigh and walked us over, saying the bartender would be taking care of us, who seemed annoyed when she greeted us as well. She even admitted she forgot about us later on during our meal. We had zero problems with sitting on the bar side. If you want to stop seating restaurant side for the evening, just say so.
Food was OK. My partner's water tasted like straight sanitizer. The nachos came with the stem of a jalapeno and dried out black beans. No one came to check on us during that time. Mains came halfway through our app, which is not a big deal. We weren't asked if we needed anything else, so my partner had to get up and get ketchup from another table for himself. Again, no one came to check on us until we were mostly finished. The manager came back and lurked around but didn't say anything to us. We would've shared our thoughts, but since we felt like a burden right away, we felt it wasn't worth it.
As someone who also works in the restaurant industry, I totally understand having to bend the knee for a request, but you should keep it professional. I've had my fair share of strange requests or last minute diners, but I surely didn't let that affect my service. Not sure if it was just an off night, but we felt like that sort of treatment was unfair. We wanted to make Kelsey's our new date night spot, but not after an experience like that. Have never tipped that low before, but the manager, bartender, and frankly the kitchen didn't seem to care. Will not be returning to this location. I do not want to fill out a survey, I just want to let everyone know how poor and inattentive the service can be.
