- AMAlejandra Montes2 days ago3.0We’ve had multiple bad experiences at this Five Guys location. We’ve arrived 30–40 minutes before closing, not 5 minutes before, and the staff still act annoyed every time. There’s one employee in particular (I don’t remember his name) who is consistently rude and clearly upset to serve customers. Last night they threw the Cajun fries loose into the main bag mixed with the burgers instead of properly packing them. I know Five Guys usually adds extra fries, but this was different — they were literally dumped into the bag. The burger patties were also very dry. If customers aren’t welcome 30 minutes before closing, there should be a sign or the restaurant should close earlier. It wasn’t even to eat there, it was a take out.

- SWShaun WrightApr 19, 20262.0Bit annoying when places over charge you for water & don't have an option other than a tiny cup for water if you wish not to be over charged. I would happily pay for the cup alone, but they charge you for a full pop. I have come here before & got lunch plus water for my dog; unfortunately I think that time is over. Secondly, half the reason I come here is for a handful of salted peanuts; now there apparently unsalted & they tastes terrible. It is what it is, I will find a new location lunch.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
