  The burgers were disappointing. I asked for mayo, ketchup, and hot sauce, but all three burgers only had a small amount of ketchup and none of the other sauces. Because there was barely any sauce, I noticed the burger patties themselves didn’t have much flavour. The chocolate milkshake was okay, but nothing special.

  I had a fantastic experience at Five Guys recently. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt lively and welcoming. The staff were upbeat, quick to take orders, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. The food absolutely delivered. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly, with a generous amount of fresh toppings. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. And of course, the fries were a highlight—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and served in that signature overflowing portion that Five Guys is known for. I also appreciated how clean and well-kept everything was, even during a busy time. It’s clear they put effort into both the food and the customer experience. Overall, Five Guys is a great spot if you’re craving a satisfying, high-quality burger and a casual, friendly environment. Definitely worth coming back to.

  I never feel the need to review anything, but I was left very disappointed with this location. first of all, our food said that it would be ready at 6:41 and was not ready till 20-30 minutes later (it was not busy) we get the food and bring it to our car since it was a takeout order and we are about to place it on the floor of the car, when the bag rips open from the bottom and all of the content spill out onto the floor of the car, this is because they gave us two gravies that were both not closed, not even not closed properly, but it didn’t even seem like there was an attempt to close them. The gravy had soaked into all of our food. It had soaked through the bags and made both of the bags rip open. we went inside to ask for some napkins and new fries and the customer service was not very good. They did give us new fries, but they acted like they did nothing wrong. They didn’t have any care. when my boyfriend was going to pick up the food the man serving it to him was on the phone, barely paying attention, which is probably why the gravy were both not closed properly. All they gave us was Cajun fries as compensation that we had to ask for they seemed very annoyed with the fact that we were even asking for napkins or any sort of replacement and only provided us with fries as Replacement did not offer anything we had to as. all the other employees were staring at us blankly, and nobody was apologizing or anything of the sort acting like we were an inconvenience to them very odd experience sad that our food was all soaked in gravy first time eating five guys, but I will probably come back because I like burgers lolz
