  I've ordered take out many times, I always have the same order but today at about 5 to 5:15 pm the guy that handed me my food said, we don't give out butter on take out orders. When did that happen? I've always gotten butter for the garlic home loaf. He wasn't pleasant about it either. He begrudgingly gave us two butters. When we got home, the home loaf was burned on one end. Otherwise, everything was delicious.

  Honestly very disappointed. My family and I, enjoy east side because of the amazing options, food, and overall experience. But this location keeps having issues. I went in and the waiters were very cold, didn’t even ask for refills on our “ UNLIMITED SALAD OR SOUP” we were clearly a full family and got 1 roll of bread and butter. This is the type of experience where people don’t want to tip, nor come back. I watched as waitress after waitress walk by seeing us with empty bowls of salad, a waiter even took away one of our empty bowls not even asking if we want another. Very disappointed. And the worst part is that it’s really only this location I’ve found having problems, every time I choose to stay close to my area and go to the one 5 mins away there’s a issue with either the food, or employees. Very disappointed, will not be going to that location any more. I

  Ali was our server and he was fantastic! We were celebrating as a family and we were well taken care of. Also, when we were praying before our meal, he stood back and patiently waited for us to finish. He was wonderfully respectful.

  I had lunch on Mothers day, today May 10 (and my birthday) for 12:45pm reservation for Donna. (server did not ask if this was a special event or anything). There was nothing special about our meals, actually very disappointed. The chicken linguine was very boring and practically no vegetables to be had, maybe 2 specks of a red pepper. The bread with is seemed overbaked. Other persons chicken parmesan sandwich was incredibly dry, he's sure the chicken was just reheated or refried and made it very hard on the outside, hard to swallow it down. The 3rd person's meal had a dry tough chicken as well with boring penne noodles with plain tomato sauce. The Italian soup was ok. His cheesecake brownie was miniscule in size. We were not impressed with our meals at all; we can say we will not be coming back here again. (maybe the location by Masonville will be better?) Very disappointing.

  We had a great experience at East Side Mario’s, and a big part of that was thanks to our server, Nika. From the moment we were seated, Nika was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She made sure we were comfortable, checked in regularly without being intrusive, and kept everything running smoothly throughout our meal.
