  My family and I stopped by last night for a dinner at east sides. To start off our experience the atmosphere was already bumping and it was very lively. What made our experience so great was our server. Her name was Sorrell I believe. Not only was she attentive and friendly, she was a hit with the kids. One of the kids even mentioned how they hope she works there forever!!! Overall our experience was 5 stars and I will be back!!!!

  We were there for lunch on a week day with a group of about 25. We were given a separate section/room. The service was quick and our server was very organized with an amazing memory. We also loved the serving robot!

  We came in a group of twenty something. Derek was our server. He was amazing. Drinks served promptly. Refills immediately offered. No one waited for anything. We eat out often and rarely have we been treated to such pleasant, efficient services. That man deserves a raise!

  I support a gentleman who has intellectual disabilities. We would go to East Side Mario's once a week as he thrives on routine.. Ashley , on the bar side is a fantastic server. Adrian (aka.. Spaghetti and meatballs guy ) has formed a fantastic connection with Ashley. She has always taken the time to make a conscious effort to acknowledge his presence. The owner is a great leader and his staff respect him and his gentle guidance. One day, when I was there with spaghetti and meatballs guy, the owner came over and offered to pay for our meal as he recognized we were frequent patrons. This restaurant is by far the best East side Mario's EVER. THANK YOU FOR MAKING A DIFFERENCE IN SO MANY PEOPLE from the spaghetti and meatball guy.

Ask for Lauren if you want top-tier service!
