  Divy provided some of the best service I’ve had in years. My drink was always refilled before I even had to ask, and every part of my meal was prepared perfectly, including all of my accommodations. Beyond being attentive and professional, Divy was genuinely warm and delightful, consistently checking in to make sure my friend and I had everything we needed. Their outstanding service truly made the experience exceptional.

  Lily is such a bad server! Literally ROLLED HER EYES when we asked her for more soup and bread at an ALL YOU CAN EAT RESTAURANT! Left us for like 20 minutes at a time, never refilled our waters, got parmesan all over us when grating it, and last but not least, saw her talking about us to her coworkers in front of us. Not coming back!

  Had a great experience at East Side Mario’s thanks to our waitress, Gracie! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. The service was fast, she had such a positive attitude, and she really made us feel welcome. It’s always nice to have someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience. Thanks again, Gracie!!! we’ll definitely be back!

  Save your self the hassle and don’t come here because you’ll leave upset… you have to beg them for a salad or soup, you’ll only get one well your waiting for your food. (They’re tiny) One piece of bread for a table of 4 adults. Main entrées are small and don’t taste good, I heard 2 ppl fight with the rude manager well I was there. I came here 3 times and it’s the same every time. We won’t be back!

  Food was a tasteless and actually I was shocked at how cheap things were made. My salad came with one olive sliced in half ….One thin tiny slice of red onion and a tomato so thin it was like paper And no Banana pepper and a lack of dressing….that was my salad. Asked for the second salad to be different and the only difference was one extra olive sliced in half :( Pasta that was supposed to have bacon and rosé sauce on. It came out with almost no sauce 0r anything at all…… the pasta was Almost plain white, even after mixing, and it was not hot either. Again, had to ask for sauce to put on our pasta, but then it had Nothing in the sauce. One of the other pasta dishes ….. the onion wasn’t cooked in it and was crunchy. I honestly could not believe the lack of quality , the lack of flavour and I’ve been to Eastside Mario’s many times in my life. I will never go to the south end location again . Our waitress was certainly good and attentive . She is the only reason we left a tip. Was literally so disappointing as we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday and we dropped almost $150 for an unenjoyable substandard meal . The other thing I found very strange as well…….the waitresses walking around the restaurant with tongs holding a loaf of bread just everything seemed unappealing and gave The impression that they must be saying to themselves “ how could we do EVERYTHING in the cheapest way. ? “
