  I do like Dairy Queen, but this is not the greatest quality coming here. I was with a group of people during the Mother’s Day weekend. One of our group decided to buy the hot food of chicken strips and fries including a few cups of drinks. When we received our order. The chicken is hot like it should be. But it is too heavily battered and too much crust of the chicken strips. I would have bought their s’mores blizzard, but I ended up not buying it at this location inside Fleetway. I had their drink, and there is no refill station. I asked one of the staffs and said do they not accept refills. She said “No” and then I just could less about their refill drinks. This is not the Dairy Queen quality and the best location is on Sunningdale Road and Adelaide Street North. This location is mediocre quality, and they do have cakes for sell. But you cannot opened it and you must asked the staffs to open the doors. The other locations do not mind or care if you open the freezer doors to grab any cakes you want. I would not recommend this location. I prefer their Sunningdale Road location near Adelaide Street North. They do have refill stations, better selections of blizzard cakes, more sanitation and better quality of service. Are they that cheap to give you refills even you asked as a paying customer and to be that stingy? What about the Costco and people do so much refills as much as they want if their paper cylinder cups. Many kids and families support your Dairy Queen location at Fleetway. I will avoid this location along with Fleetway.

  I don’t think I’ve ever had dairy queen this good in my life. The blizzards were made so perfectly and filled up to the max. Served with amazing customer service with a great smile on the face of the employees when serving you
