  I was at the restaurant today at about 6 PM. It was very very busy, which was understandable for that time. I wanted to order food. We waited quite some time, but we noticed other customers in the store who asked about their order. They said that they had been waiting there for over an hour. I can’t believe that I saw two employees with absolutely horrible attitudes. One of the employees actually flinched at the customer as if she wanted to start a fight. The customer and his wife were saying that they would wait because they realize that it was busy. The employee told told them that that they were 40 orders ahead of them that they were going to make, even though that the customer was in store and had been waiting over an hour. after watching them employees after watching those employees Laughing at an inciting an argument and almost a fight. There was no way I was ordering any food there. What a disgusting way for these employees have behave. The customers asked for a refund and they laughed and said no way I will never go to this location ever again. These Employees not only argued with them, but other customers as well and I definitely was not going to be treated like that. No customer should be treated like that and these employees should be very well. Reprimanded for their disgusting behavior. Shame on you.

  I do not think there were any happy people working there. All the workers seem depressed and just putting in time. The food was just OK but I do not get excited about going back as there are better Mexican options.

  I was really disappointed with my order from Chipotle. The rice was completely cold, and they barely put any meat in the bowl. Most of it was just lettuce and toppings, so it honestly felt like I paid $20 to eat a salad. For that price, I expected a fresh, warm meal with a reasonable portion of meat. The quality and portion size were definitely not worth what I paid, and I left feeling unsatisfied. Not the first time I’ve had a bad experience here 😂😂😂😂

  Terrible customer service and absolute lack of urgency. I went in during a quiet morning to pick up an order. The staff member at the front spent 10 minutes talking on her personal phone without even acknowledging me. When she finally asked about the order, it was already half-made, but instead of finishing it, she went back to her phone call while standing there staring at me. I ended up waiting almost 20 minutes until a second employee came from the back to actually complete the order. Up until now, I’ve been a regular customer, but the staff here clearly doesn't value people's time or take their jobs seriously that's really a sad thing to see.

  I’ve always loved chipotle but it would be nice if portions were consistent with what’s advertised. I ordered a chicken bowl with the standard two scoops of chicken. I usually get extra protein but I never get the “double” like it suggests. 2 scoops + 1 scoop isn’t “double”. And I’m paying almost $6 more. I’d recommend getting it on the side to be sure you get what you pay for. This location is always busy so seating could be limited for larger groups. And if you’re new to chipotle, it can feel a bit rushed during ordering. Felt bad for the older couple behind me. At least the food always tastes good tho! No photos because I ate it too fast.
