  I love chipotle this spot is my go to but after this interaction ill be driving further to the North location from now on. The server in purple tips ponytail was very rude and had rude attitude tone with me as she was serving me and gave me less steak and honey chicken than i normally get. I get i maybe in a bad mood after long day and its not pleasant to deal with customers like me but giving me less protein by shaking the scope off meat even though its not overflowing your scope so i get smaller portion and having rude tone with me all because off my mood but i am still keeping it respectful is very unprofessional customer service! As someone who works in customer service this type off treatment is unacceptable way to deal with your customers!

  Finding beef in my veggie tacos wasn’t exactly thrilling especially for a vegetarian person and when brought it up to their attention no sincere apology simply either remake or refund.

  The food is generally good here! Today my corn salsa and the guacamole was frozen for some reason, like frozen solid. Usually everything is good though. FOR THE ALLERGEN/DIETARY RESTRICTED PEOPLE: noticed that the manager did temperature checks during my visit where she used the same thermometer in every single food on the hot bar. She dipped from the meat side, over to the veg side continuously just wiping the thermometer with a cloth in between. Obviously this resulted in cross contamination, pork for the halal/non-pork people got spread to everything, meat in general to the veggies for the vegetarian ppl, and worst for me (due to dairy allergy) I saw that the dairy cheese and sour cream was also dunked into then into the guacamole and lettuce/salsas. So just be aware for allergens that there is definitely cross contamination here! Otherwise enjoyable!

  Not worth going to this location. I understand we went there few minutes before closing but that shouldn’t change the way customers get treated. They had No Fajita veggies and we were ok with that. However,the employee who prepared my bowl seemed like he was just rushing for closing. He did not pack my bowl properly and it was leaking at the store and even though the lady on cashier double packed it , it was leaking. Worst experience ever with chipotle.

  Went there for eat in with my family, paid $80 for food of 4 people and their attitude was so weird. There was offer for chips and guac and those people didn’t even know that thing after it’s showing everywhere on screens, still asked me is it with guacamole? After I confirmed they gave me and when I checked my bill they charged me for free things. I would never go again to see those stupid arrogant faces
