  Very disappointed with this restaurant and their customer service. I placed an order through the app on May 13 at 9:49 PM (Order #330023783) for $40.08. The restaurant cancelled the order, but until now I have not received my refund. I tried contacting them regarding the issue and still no proper resolution. Cancelling an order is one thing, but keeping the customer waiting for their money back is unacceptable. Poor service and very frustrating experience. I hope they improve how they handle refunds and customer support.

  Just left from this establishment and the whole experience was awful I don’t know what changed but it is going seriously downhill from months ago, walked in there wasn’t many people in the restaurant and went to look for a clean booth and there wasn’t any, nobody was cleaning anything. my husband and I ordered and the cashier gave the wrong amount of change back (not enough) and then it took rather long to get our food mind you it was not busy at all and then I was served old chicken tenders that were not warm and then reserved the same tenders that had clearly been put back into the fryer to warm them after I had complained and asked for fresh ones. clearly management doesn’t care about the quality of this establishment anymore . Very disappointing.do better management.

  Unfortunately I feel like chickfila is on a slow decline. In 5 years time they will probably be comparable to mcdonalds. At the moment though they're still good not as good as 7 years ago though.

  I came into Chick-fil-A not too long ago and this has been on my mind.. a guy named Levi was talking down to his staff, not sure if he’s the new manager or the new owner but it was the complete opposite of how it used to be ran…. I feel like they’re definitely not Londons most caring company anymore.. very sad to see, i feel bad for the kids working there

  The food was great as always, but what really caught my eye was the hand-drawn chalkboard art at the entrance. The Strawberry Hibiscus seasonal promo board is absolutely stunning -the lettering, illustrated drinks, and hibiscus flower details are next level. Honestly looks like something out of a specialty coffee shop. Whoever does these boards is incredibly talented. The Strawberry Hibiscus Frosted Lemonade was delicious too - sweet, refreshing, perfect for spring. This location clearly takes pride in everything they do. Will be back! 🍓🎨
