The restaurant was VERY clean and well kept. The gentleman that took my order, I believe his name was Nikhil, has exceptional customer service!! He was smiling, friendly, informative and offered recommendations based on this being my first time there. He even offered me a free ice cream for my first visit (I never say no to ice cream)! You could tell that he enjoyed his job and took pride in what he does. The food was DELICIOUS! It was hot, fresh and delivered to my table quickly after ordering. I was sure to tell the staff, before I left, that they made my first visit a positive experience and I thanked them for setting themselves apart from the “other fast food” establishments. It was refreshing to have such a positive experience and I will definitely be trading out my typical fast food place for this Chic-fil-a location!

Overall, we were impressed with the customer service and the quality of food in the overall price of the food. The only thing that we would suggest is that the waffle fries be cooked a little longer and maybe the restaurant had a few other choices of sides but other than that, no complaints and the food was extremely tasty.

That claim is completely false, has nothing to do with my experience as a customer, and appears to be an attempt to deflect from the issue at hand. AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT! After eating here, I suffered severe food poisoning that lasted seven days and required three hospital visits. Looking back, I had concerns about my meal when it was served, but I wasn't certain at the time. From the moment I walked in, the staff appeared careless and inattentive, and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant left me with a poor impression. After what I experienced, those concerns only grew stronger. Rather than taking accountability or showing concern for a customer who became seriously ill, the response was to make an unrelated and baseless accusation instead of addressing the food safety concerns I raised. Una completa tontería. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend eating at this location. If you value your health and safety, I would strongly encourage you to choose somewhere else.
