- OMOmid Mojarrad2 days ago5.0I’ve eaten at high end restaurants but the kindness and culture they have here is incredible. This restaurant is managed so well that it exudes. The manager(Michael) and cashier(Mason) are so heart warming.
- AMannu mudhoo3 days ago1.0I’m disappointed with the quality of my order and overall service from the Chick-fil-A Masonville FSU on May 16, 2026 around 8:31 PM (Drive Thru, Order #392007). I ordered spicy chicken sandwiches and specifically requested no pickles, yet the sandwich still came with pickles and almost nothing else inside besides the chicken. The sandwich looked poorly assembled and very careless, especially for the price paid. What also made the experience frustrating was having an employee standing outside taking orders beside the vehicle while customers cannot properly see or review the menu. Nothing was confirmed or validated clearly before payment, and customers are expected to just trust the order is correct and pay blindly. When customers use drive-thru or takeout, we depend on staff to prepare the order properly because we cannot check everything before leaving. Unfortunately, this experience felt rushed, careless, and poor in quality. For the amount charged, the service and food quality were very disappointing. I’ve attached photos of the sandwich and receipt for reference and would appreciate this being addressed seriously. Thank you.

They said it was their pleasure to deliver my food, but really it was my pleasure to have such an amazing experience.
