  My wife order from the BK website tonight for herself and our 3 kids. 4 meals came $70.00 for 2 kids meals, 2 adult meals, delivery and tip. Food delivery was decent time and food was acceptable temperature, however they were missing 1 complete meal and 1 cheese burger totaling about $16.00. When we reached out to BK customer service, we were told to reorder what was missing and we would get a refund for the amount of what was missed at store cost. The issue with this “solution” we would need to cover the new delivery fee and driver tip. We escalated further and was told that the best BK could do is give us a $10 coupon. This does not even cover the cost of what we already paid and did not get. Horrible service, poor PR and very overpriced for what you get! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere or don’t get food delivered.

  Tonight after a long day at work and walking home I decided to order food for my children & I. My order is delivered. As I open my bags I notice some of the food is missing and when I called the store the person I spoke with said I’d have to report the food missing and I’d get a refund, that there is nothing they can do. So because they were incompetent and could not make sure everything in the order was there before sending it out the door, I now have to reorder the missing food paying a second delivery fee because there’s nothing they can do for there mistake. Will never order from this Burger King again!!!

  Love the fact they have garbage in the drive through!!! Don't see that anywhere. Ohh and the toppings on the burg looked and tasted extra fresh!!

  Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 whoppers and the new blue cookie milkshake. The milkshake was disgusting, it was more like flavoured milk, not thick at all. I would assume that the milkshake machine is not working properly. Very disappointed. And the service just made it worse. The cashier was very rude, no eye contact, handed the food , and closed the window.

  Didn’t receive what I had ordered through DoorDash. Went in-person to speak with some one about the mistake. Order was remade quickly. Appreciate their help.
