  Masonville, mostly good, like ant menu, be selective with what you know, enjoy Basic sandwich and their sauce is always for the starving, cheap and fast, sit down after long day, always say thank you

  This is my go to place to eat … Arby’s … when I’m passing through London on my way back to Toronto … I had the 2 for $12 Arbynator XT cheddar sauce $1.00 x 2 5 pc Jalapeño Poppers $9.99 $27.10 CAD total … not bad … Food is good … no issues Would recommend Arby’s 5 stars …

  “I visited around 8:30 PM specifically to get a milkshake and was told they were no longer making them, even though the restaurant was open for several more hours. If milkshakes are unavailable that early in the evening, it would be helpful to let customers know in advance. Very disappointing.”

  Terrible Service – This Location Seems Reluctant to Serve Customers I visited the Arby’s in London, Ontario expecting a quick meal, but what I experienced was one of the worst examples of customer service I’ve seen. We walked in and there was no one at the front counter. After waiting a few moments, I spotted an employee in the back and politely asked if we could place an order. He told us to wait. We stood there for several minutes with no acknowledgment, no further communication, and no one coming to the counter. Eventually we just gave up and walked out. It’s genuinely baffling why this location is even open if staff have no interest in serving customers who are ready to spend money. This wasn’t a busy rush period — it was complete indifference to people walking through the door. Extremely disappointing and frankly disrespectful to customers. I won’t be returning to this location.
