    I’m writing to raise a concern about my recent experience at Subway. My friend and I placed an online order at 6:30 PM through the app, which indicated the food would be ready by 6:45 PM. We arrived on time at 6:45 PM and waited until 7:00 PM, but our order was still not ready. During this time, there was no communication from the staff—no update, no apology, and no acknowledgment of the delay. We were on a 30-minute lunch break, and after waiting 25 minutes without any information, we had to approach the staff ourselves. We then requested a refund, which was processed, but there was no effort made to resolve the situation—such as prioritizing our order or offering a quick alternative—despite knowing we hadn’t eaten and were short on time. This is especially frustrating because this exact situation has happened twice within the past two weeks. If the store is unable to handle the volume of online orders, there should be better management—either by pausing online orders temporarily or by ensuring better communication and prioritization for customers who are already waiting in-store. This experience showed a lack of basic customer service and consideration. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and improvements are made to prevent this from happening again. Thank you.

    Staff was not friendly at all and felt like I was being rushed through. No one in line behind me. If they can’t smile and be friendly they shouldn’t be working there!!!

    Placed a mobile order approximately 30 minutes before arriving, and it took another 30 minutes for it to be complete. The store was not busy, there were no other orders on the order wall. Unimpressed to say the least. Employees didn't speak up to us in terms of if we had an order until we sat there for a good 5 minutes.

    Failed on all fronts. I used to like this place then we ordered 2 subs, pizza and chicken bacon ranch (double meat). Pretty simple. The pizza only had pepperoni and parm on, missing all the other toppings, and the other had no bacon, no double meat and no cheese. When we called about this, it took 3 days to get back to us and all they said was "we'll pass it on to our team to do better next time". There is no next time, you ripped us off, this wasn't a small portion of lettuce, we didn't get what we payed for! On top of that, they were to busy to make new ones to replace the failed subs. Until we are either reimbursed or compensated for your theft, I will activately fight this location and never return. Do not go here!
