  Subway is subway have been twice since we moved to Lindsay first time they were low on lettuce so could only provide a little, 2nd time my son ordered the hot honey chicken only to find out they had no hot honey left as they were finishing up his sub, and they suggested different sauces. Its not a hot honey sub without the hot honey... this seems to be a store ordering problem, not a distribution problem. The least they could have done was tell the customer they are out of hot honey when he placed the order, so he could choose something else if he wanted. Luckily we have lots of hot honey sauces at home, but thats besides the point. It was poor customer service.

  For what Subway is and what it's supposed to be, this location is exactly what you'd expect. You're not getting a Michellin Star meal, but if you just want a decent, fresh made sub, then this location fits the bill perfectly. The staff are friendly and good at their jobs, the interior seems to have been upgraded fairly recently and it was done properly, creating a fresh environment that makes it easy to sitdown in and enjoy your meal. If you're in Lindsay or if you're just passing through, I fully recommend checking out the location. Ignore the 3.3 star ranking the store has on Google reviews, in reality it should probably be 4 or 4.5. I'm giving it a 5 based on the service and newly upgraded interior.

  Order two 12 inch subs, buns were very dry n no subway dressing was applied . Phoned to tell them n all they said was sorry. I have purchased many from this subway n these were terrible in the garbage they went.

  I use to go to this store all the time and it was great, never had a problem. Recently I have visited it twice and never again. Sub bread is stale, dry. A lettuce shortage so they would only be able to put alittle on your sub and the lettuce was brown and wilted. Tomatoes were soggy, so were peppers. Tje steak n cheese was so hard a chewy, fat grizzle. Disgraceful, I gave them a second chance as last time could have been a one off bad experience, but its worse this time and I refuse to give them my money for the poorest quality food. Too bad use to love the subs. Not the way a sub should taste
