  The food was good but the fries were horrible and cold when we got home because we got it to go. The fries they made before were excellent but they went to a smaller kind and they sucked. We won’t order fries anymore if we decide to go back. . We also asked for marinara sauce with our mozzarella sticks but was not in bag which was disappointing and the staff who served us didn’t pay attention to it or didn’t care.

  food was absolutely terrible. the cheese burgers have shrank in size, the nuggets taste horrible same with the fries. my boyfriend got the whopper and it just wasn’t right. The pricing just keeps going up while everything else is getting worse to eat. I personally felt sick to my stomach after eating here, and won’t be returning. They should have never changed the way they made their food worse thing this place could have done. It was typically good beforehand but now wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

  The new revamped whopper and fries are terrible. Not everyone likes potato skins on their fries so I will no longer be coming back unless it goes back to the way it was. Not all changes are good.

  I have been visiting this Burger King almost every day for over a decade and I have to say—Kim and the crew is the reason I keep coming back. Her customer service is consistently outstanding. She’s always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about making sure every order is right. The entire crew is very kind and very nice to the children whenever I bring them. No matter how busy it gets, Kim handles everything with professionalism and a positive attitude. She remembers my order as soon a i walk in the door, keeps things moving smoothly, and makes the experience feel personal every single time. The most outstanding service I have had in any fast food nay restaurant I have ever seen. It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in their work, and it really shows. Burger King is lucky to have her—she deserves to be recognized for the incredible job she does every day. Thank you, Kim, for making my visits something I actually look forward to! 5 stars is a low rating. 10 stars easy ★★★★★★★★★★
