  How is this place still open. Go there for lunch and ask for the new type of chicken sandwich and get told that the brand new promotion that is all over their billboards is over, uh-huh ok. So then I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich and am told it will be a 15 minute wait as nothing is cooked yet. Asked about a chicken meal and am told the same thing. By this point my 1 hr lunch break is almost half over. How do you not have even some basics cooked by 1230 on a Saturday afternoon? It all worked out though as Arby's just up the street had everything they offered available and no wait to get it cooked. Will never try this location ever again.

  Food and service were adequate, at best. But the restaurant itself was disgusting. Dirt and grime on the tables and chairs, and floor. Parking lot is a disaster too.

  One of the only things I can say is that the food is tasty is always. I went inside for the first time in years. Once I got inside, I noticed several things: *The restaurant smelled like sewage *The floor was sticky. Outdated building. *A few customers were already upset about the service taking over 15 minutes after ordering online, and wrong orders. *Employees seemed to not care about the people waiting in line. *The cement in the parking lot is filled with potholes and cracks. I understand being understaffed, however it’s KFCs responsibility to hire new people. I empathize with understaffed employees because it can get busy and frustrating. From what I heard, no one wants to work at a place that doesn’t keep itself clean. If KFC renovated, it would make the experience so much better and people would want to work there. If KFC doesn’t make changes, then they will go out of business just like Pizza Hut
