  Never anyone working the counter. Just a visually unappealing mcdonalds where they depend on the machines to do all the ordering. Plenty of young Canadians could use the job. Just a lazy mcdons.. enough said

  Not impressed. Made a mobile order. Said "place order" so it goes through the system. Told the person at the speaker my code. Waited in line, when I got to the window they were confused, they "forgot"I had given them the code. I waited another 5 minutes and then they "forgot" my coffee. The manager did apologize and said they are understaffed. Why the biggest fast corp can't afford to have enough staff to do a simple breakfast order is beyond me.

  I rarely leave reviews, that's how bad this location's product is. Ever since it opened, we've been trying to like it. For months we got wraps that fall apart, over salted fries, and hit or miss drinks. The one thing they get consistent is the poor quality of their coffee. Everywhere else in the city, we prefer Mcdonalds coffee over any other coffee shop. Yet at the location right next to our home? We find ourselves gravitating to Tim Hortons every time instead. They either leave the coffee on too long or the equipment isn't being properly cleaned. It's disheartening. This morning we decided to give it another shot and it was the last straw. The coffee is undrinkable; burnt and overly bitter. The quality control at this location is abysmal and needs urgent regulation.
