  Probably the worse McDonald’s in Windsor. One of the worse experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a single hamburger at 11:15pm, and I got my order at 11:35. I literally do not understand why it takes 20 minutes for a single hamburger.

  Sat in the second drive-thru for almost 10 minutes said hello. Numerous times ignored if they don't want to service both drive-thrus it's very simple. Just shut one down just left. Went to Tim Hortons instead. I know this is a new location and they're trying to work out the kinks but it's brutal every time I have gone this will be my last attempt

  WORST EXPERIENCE! 10% price difference compare to other McDonald's in Windsor. Why someone should pay 10% extra for an extremely bad service.

  Midnight manager was very friendly. Kayla handled my order well and seemed to be very collaborative with the staff. Lovely change of pace from some other resturant chains.

  I always prefer ordering through mobile app. But the location does not show perfectly. I was at drive throw, and it was showing I a not here yet. Even I clicked "I am here" it still do not show the next step (code no) so please update the location precisely. It is so much frustrated while it does not fo through. ( precise location showes 300 meter away.) That's why it does update arrival.
