  Extremely poor customer service from an employee named Manreet. She was rude, disrespectful, and seemed annoyed the entire time I was ordering. Instead of being helpful, her attitude made the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. A simple order should not feel this unpleasant. Management seriously needs to improve customer service standards.

  I always go to this mcdonald couple times every week. All staff members are good and polite but there is a girl Manreet, has no basic etiquettes to say thank you and sorry. Always make rude face and shut drive throw window without even saying Thank you. If your employee cannot treat customers with happy face then no need to show up at work. She did it twice with me and make my experience horrible. Management should look into it and train her how to give customer service.

  Typical McDonalds. Same food, decent washroom, Decently clean table. Order not messed up, on time....
