  The incompetence at this McDonalds must be studied. The morning staff will manage to mess up your order almost every single time. Even if you get the correct order it is more times than not undercooked or old.

  I’ve never met less intelligent people in my life. I asked for a egg McMuffin with no cheese and with ketchup along with a Chicken breakfast wrap. Get to the window, only a McMuffin. Ask her again. She replies “so you want ice coffee”. I have no idea how they even operate like this. Then when I finally receive my whole order the McMuffin has cheese and no ketchup and the wrap is still cold on the inside. Avoid this place.

  Waited 7 mins this morning for an egg mcmuffin that never came. I'm sure it doesn't take that long to make a fresh egg like you said you were doing.

  Ordered 2 double quarter pound meals, got just quarter pounders wuth cold fries and the wrong drinks causr i didnt ask for sugar in my coffee . Wont be back here ill wait for cookstown mcds on my way home

  i’ve seen a lot of 1 star reviews of this place, but i go here all the time as i live in this neighborhood. this mcdonalds IS NOT BAD. workers focus more on the drive thru (like most fast food places) but they still try their best with the people inside. i’ve had talks with plenty of the workers and they’re really nice. one time my friend and i helped clean up a table because some boys (from my school) left a mess, they continously asked for water without drinking it and they were trolling the workers. me and my friend spoke to one of the workers and apologized for their behaviour once the boys left, and she was super grateful and gave us free cookies. also, this mcdonalds is one of the nicest mcdonalds. always clean, and the interior is modern. me and my family continue to talk about the interior design to this day.
