  Brutal experience on a Sunday night. We arrived at 10:30pm, which is late, but they're open until 2am. The menu lights were off. I asked why, they said a power outage; there was no power outage. Magically, the lights came on. We ordered, they proceeded to tell me there were no french fries. I was very confused. I drove to the window to ask more questions, and the person told me they were out of fries, but struggled to speak English so another employee came to the window and explained that the fryer was broken. Two completely different stories. They then spoke to each other in another language to hopefully get their story correct for the next person who was disappointed they didn't feel like making fries late on a Sunday night. Called Taco Bell customer support who likely won't do anything since after reading other reviews apparently they have been contacted multiple times and nothing has been done. Terrible franchise standards, terrible customer service.

  Don't order after 10 cause you'll be missing half your items. Lmao got tacos with just lettuce and no sauces, no dips. What the hell guys.

  Great experience at Taco Bell! The food was fresh and tasty, and the service was quick. Staff members were friendly and handled orders efficiently even during busy hours. The place was clean and well-maintained. Overall, a satisfying visit—I would definitely come again!
