  I was waiting in line to order and the employee manali comes over and decides to ignore me and take the order of the person behind me telling me I wasn’t there first, the person behind me had to tell her that I was there first so she can take my order!!! She took my order and only toasted my sub and left it for the other employee to finish who was in the middle of taking another order. she then took the order of the person behind me, finished their sub, took their payment before finishing serving me. Like was it personal or do does she need to get retrained on customer service because she clearly doesn’t understand how customer service works!

  Been to this subway, and it’s one of the best, if not the best in the city. Bread is fresh, veggies and protein. Just a fresh made right sub.
