  I've never had Papa John's pizza before so I recently ordered a sausage pizza with mushrooms and pineapple on Skip from this pizza store and I was quite impressed with how good it was. I just had regular cheese, regular based sauce, and it was the perfect amount of sauce and cheese. The only thing I found is that the sausage was quite mild so there wasn't much spice overall so I think next time I order I'm going to order the spicy Italian sausage. The cheese wasn't overly dark brown and tough like how some pizza stores can make it.

  Visited Papa Johns twice and had a fabulous experience both times. Om who was very friendly and helpful, provided excellent customer service and was very helpful with recommendations, especially helping with choosing vegetarian options in sauces. Overall wonderful experience. Highly recommended👍

  Best pizza in kitchener- oh. my. god. and let me talk about the staff, they are INCREDIBLE. special shoutout to Om who was an amazing person to deal with. So kind and and great with customers. You never really see this level of hospitality ever in these kinds of places. Next pizza night- COME TO PAPA JOHNS.

  Ordered pizza from this location today, but had a terrible experience! The service was extremely poor and the pizza wasn't baked properly at all. Very disappointing quality

  This was honestly one of the most disappointing experiences I have had at a Papa Johns location. I normally enjoy Papa Johns pizza, but the hygiene and cleanliness at this location were unacceptable. The store and food preparation area looked very dirty and poorly maintained. There was only one employee working in the entire store, and it took far too long to prepare my pizza. The most disturbing part was watching the employee prepare the pizza with bare hands while having noticeably long fingernails. Combined with the dirty condition of the store, this made me seriously question the hygiene standards at this location. I was extremely hungry, so I ate the pizza, but I felt very uncomfortable doing so after seeing how it was prepared. Management needs to take this seriously. Cleanliness and proper food handling are basic expectations, not optional. This location needs immediate improvement in hygiene, cleanliness, staffing, and overall service. I genuinely like Papa Johns, but after this experience, I would think twice before ordering from this location again.
