  I reached the store at 8:35pm today and to my surprise all the doors were closed. I double-checked the Google maps store times and it does say that the store is open till 9pm so I drove for 20mins for no reason. I even called the store and asked the staff if the store is open or closed and I was told that the store closes at 8:30 pm and I asked the staff why does your google maps time says 9 pm and the staff responds saying that they are just an employee and don’t know why the timing on google says 9pm. Such a pathetic service! Please retrain your staff.

  We came at 8:30 PM because the website says the store closes at 9 PM, but it was already closed. An employee inside saw us but completely ignored us. When I called, he simply said, “We’re closed,” and when I asked about the posted hours, he said, “I don’t know, I’m just an employee.” Very disappointing experience. Definitely wouldn’t recommend visiting after 8 PM.

  This was our first time ordering from Mucho Burrito, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. We placed an online order, but one employee rudely told us that they did not have our order. The order name was clearly mentioned on the receipt attached to the takeout bag, yet he continued asking what time we placed the order instead of checking properly. Customer service is very important, and staff should know how to speak respectfully with customers. the rude behavior was unacceptable. We are sorry that our first visit turned out this way, and sadly, it will also be our last. “ CHECK THE RECEIPT FOR NAME”
