  Came in 15min before closing to find one of the people working there getting berated for telling this customer it would take about 7min to assemble the lettuce shredder and she would have to wait since she was the only one working front of house at that time. She handled it well. Made our subs without issue. Got 2 Chipotle Turkey and Bacon subs. They're good as far as subs go. First time in over 20 years I've had Mr Sub, would go back

  Customer service is amazing, nothing wrong with the friendliness, professionalism of the staff. I've always enjoyed Mr. Subs, any location for 30 years... the standard, quality, the way the subs are made here are not up to the same standards, evens grilling/ heating the sub as other Mr sub location. If I based my experience solely on food experience, 2 star maybe 3, as I didn't get sick, was able to eat it, would eat it if in a pinch, but flavor, warmth (got it grilled), way it was put together (not the same as the many other locations I've gone to recently), it was off putting. If I went off experience of staff... it would be 5 star.

  For our Saturday dinner we ordered hot-pressed large Cubano, Steak, Breaded Chicken, Grilled Chicken, and Turkey and Bacon subs. They were delicious and the couple making them were delightful.
