The other day my family and I went to try the new Kpop Demon Hunter meal. We decided to dine in and whilst there we noticed that their was staff deep cleaning the sit down half of the restaurant. Which was totally fine, we were able to sit at one of the booths on the outer end of the restaurant. It seemed like there was going to be a health inspection being done the next day hence the deep clean.
It wasn’t the food or cleaning that bothered us but the disgusting and unbelievable attitude and choice of words that the managers were giving the two ladies that were on their hands and knees, sweating their butts off to scrub the floor by hand.
I understand that a manager has a job and that’s to manage their staff, but honestly you can be a manager without being so degrading and disrespectful.
They had the audacity to say “You see here, it’s still dirty, you need to scrub harder and do it again!” “This is what happens when you don’t mop properly!” “Look at this! All this dirt here, clean it up!” That’s beside the point.
One of the managers told the younger two of the ladies that she was rude for letting the older lady get on her hands and knees to scrub the dirt off!???
And then decided to make an inappropriate joke that followed, “What? You want me to get on my hands and knees and clean it?” And proceeded to laugh in her face.
I mean what kind of disgusting, degrading behaviour is this?! I know this is a McDonald’s but someone needs to start doing authority checks on these people.
I also get that these ladies were hired to clean, but they’re still human. My goodness have some respect for your own workers. Just because you’re the manager doesn’t mean you can treat people like garbage. How about offering them a drink? Maybe a small break so they can catch their breath? And have they ever considered giving constructive criticism?
Props to the two ladies working hard who took the managers unbelievable comments and got the job done!

What is it with this location? This is the second time in a row I go on a weekend order something very simple and it not as ordered.
Went to drive through Saturday may 16. We ordered a double Mac meal and 2 mcdoubles. When I got home what did I receive? 1 mcdoubles and a regular Mac meal.
All I can say is done.

Someone else reviewed come at night for best food and service LOL! Ordered large fries with no salt, and got old, very salty fries. The burger was meh, the drink was okay but I wanted to try something new so that was on me. And the nuggets I got, two or three had to have been sitting there for hours. Gross.

When i order a iced drink, The lady told no for less ice. Seriously!!!
I asked for less ice in my drink she told me they can’t customized ice. Said no twice . At same location in night i always order my drink with less ice and they do it all the time. Why there are different rules in morning. Really disappointed.

I will try this again as looks like the restaurant deleted first post so no parent has to experience what we did … we were in for lunch April 25 I took my 21 month old to the ladies bathroom to change him when he finished his meal I placed him on the baby changing station no straps for security to hold baby in place , the change table snapped and fell to the ground having my son hit his head on the floor . I came out and other patrons in restaurant heard it asked if he was ok . I went to manager and he didn’t give a crap it broke and my son fell off and hit his head didn’t ask if ok or nothing this could have ended a lot worse then a bump on the head …. Good and service was terrible . I called store asked for a higher up and the phone was hung up on me worst restaurant for service and food I have ever attended… now I understand the bad reviews I saw when coming to do mine
