  Placed an order in the app 20 minutes before close. Restaurant closed early and never prepared my food. McDonalds corporate couldn't refund me and just offered 14,000 points. Imagine ordering food, never receiving it, then being denied a refund? Never again McDonalds... never again...

  I have been to this McDonald’s many times and I never seem to learn my lesson. The food is typically made poorly and / or wrong, is usually a disaster in terms of cleanliness, and the staff is very hit or miss. Today was just unacceptable. The food was of course, missing customizations and wrong, but I expected that to some degree. What got me today was a particularly poor worker. She was chatting at the back of the store very loudly people were waiting to order. A couple tines someone, had to yell to the back to get her attention and she ignored them. The second they received my order from the kiosk, I watched her pour the gravy out of the coffee cup onto the fries, which sat for 5 while my burger wasn’t being made because she was talking. Everything was cold (check before I left but didn’t want to deal with it) and the burger actually tasted terrible, which is not what I would expect from the McDonald factory food experience. It didn’t taste like McDonalds. This McDonald’s needs better management, it’s been like this for years. I’m pretty sure the worker I’m complaining about was the supervisor at 9pm April 30. Today was my last visit here.

  Food was regular McDonald's food. Service was quick and friendly. Unfortunately, the restaurant was an absolute mess. There was trash all over the floor. There were several empty tables that were very dirty. The drink area was filthy and there were no napkins in the dispenser. Its Unfortunate. This used to be a nice, clean location.

  I ordered the new Chicken Big Mac - Don't do it. They use tiny chicken patties that taste like cardboard. Worst thing I have ever eaten from McDonalds. I wrongly assumed that it would be 2x McChicken patties, but it is not. So gross.

  Serious Food Safety Concern and Complaint: I consumed a Fish Burger (Filet-O-Fish) and a Smoothie on Saturday, March 29, 2026 . Almost immediately afterward, I began experiencing severe abdominal cramps and diarrhea. It has now been four days since the incident, and my symptoms have not subsided. I am currently suffering from persistent intestinal pain, a distinct burning sensation, and severe cramping. Given the severity of this situation, I request : A formal investigation into the food handling and storage protocols for the fish and smoothie ingredients at this location on the date mentioned, an official response regarding the steps being taken to ensure this does not happen to other customers, as well.
