The customer service here is terrible,wait time are longer than usual. Me or my family will never return to this McDonald's due to the horrible customer service we received
- AKAllison KleinschrothMay 11, 20261.0i’ve been a faithful costumer for years, as of today this location no longer offers “light ice” in ice coffee, was informed that if i want light ice my large ice coffee will only be half full. so so cheep, never in my life have i experienced this level of greedy procedure at a food establishment in my life. sportsworld is the worst macdonalds in KWC. i will not be returning, and will absolutely urge everyone i know to stay away from this location.

I don’t use those disgusting screens. If the store isn’t clean, you can know for dang sure those screens aren’t cleaned. Manager was rude and condescending when I raised the concern of there being no napkins in the restaurant except behind their counter. He got snarky with me. Food was overtly greasy and disgusting in my opinion. Even for mcpukes.
