  With a potential outbreak happening, I would presume that you would have some form of hand sanitizer so that people can sanatize their hands after using the kiosks which are covered in multiple finger prints. They say they clean it. But both kiosks are covered in prints. No alcohol wipes either which is crazy because how do you take your temperature and clean the thermometer

  I am absolutely insulted and disgusted by the customer service of the staff. The racism and inappropriate comments is not okay. I was with my two siblings and ordered a big meal to bring home to my family. The older woman with short grey hair and the younger one (cook) with blonde hair continued to complain about me ordering too much food while LOOKING at me. They started saying very strange things about my younger brother (who is a minor) and talked about me and my sister being his girlfriends and him having “relationships” with multiple women. On top of multiple insults directed towards me and my family the same women (the older one and blonde one) started to be racists towards the Indian staff (who have always been kind to me) saying they don’t know how to do their job because they are brown and so on. On top of it I ordered two extra sauces along with one free one and was never given them. The food may be good but the treatment towards Indian staff and customers like myself is appalling. Please do a favour for your good staff and fire the nasty ones.

  Had to wait 30 mins for popcorn chicken and some fries never gave me my fries horrible how do I wait more then I should and miss an item

  Really disappointed with my experience at KFC. The servers were very rude and unfriendly, and we didn’t even get our full meal after paying for it. On top of that, the store was supposed to close at 11, but they kicked us out around 10:10. The service was very unprofessional and the whole experience was frustrating. Definitely expected much better.

  Came here with my family for dinner and we all enjoyed it. Food was fresh, service was quick and the staff were really friendly.
