  New build looks good. Food was terrible chicken sandwich was so tuff like leather poutine was barely any gravy at all and just cheeskurds that weren't melted. They were out of everything I wanted and forget things aswell. Just horrible.

  We had a surprisingly pleasant experience at the KFC on Homer Watson Rd.in Kitchener. I placed an online order through their website and paid with my credit card, but I didn't receive any email confirmation. I assumed I'd made a mistake and the order hadn't gone through, so I placed it again - same result. After downloading their app and checking my order history, I found that my orders were listed, but they didn't have any order numbers. The order never arrived. After several attempts to call the store, I finally spoke to a representative around 10:00 PM. They asked me to visit the store with proof, which I did the next afternoon. The store manager was incredibly helpful and polite, giving us one order and promising to credit us for the second. He even threw in some free drinks.

  My Father likes to get dinner from this location about once a week, and the women here know him by sight and are very friendly. We had a technical issue with our order today, and Alvin was a trouper while handling it with me. Thanks again, I really do appreciate it!

  This place is the worst place to get your food. I order 2 famous chicken sandwiches and 2 zingers but they cant read the order proper and they gave me 4 zingers. Don't trust these people with your order over skip as they have no clue what they are doing. This is not the first time this has happened and im quite fed up and I will never be ordering from this place again. They should just shut down like they did before, they are doing no one any good but messing up their orders. 1 star is way to high for these people, wish I could give them 0 stars.

  So sad that when you place an order and have questions about it the employee can’t answer them. Tells you she can send you to someone who can- then you can hear the I assume manager Lindsay in the background talking about how they don’t want to talk to you because how would they know the answer. So sad terrible customer service when you don’t know that’s fine but give a customer service or head office number anything but talking about the person thinking they can’t hear you when they can
