  I had a great experience at KFC on Homer Waston Road. The food was very delicious, and the service was excellent. Special thanks to Roshita — she is very kind, professional, and has great manners when dealing with customers. Really appreciated her friendly attitude. Highly recommended!

  The lady with glasses is always super nice, has great attitude towards guests and always smiles, unfortunately which is becoming rare to see these days. ( I always forgets to ask her name ). I enjoy my visit every time when she's working. Great job!👏

  Absolutely terrible experience at KFC. The workers were rude, unprofessional, and acted like customers were bothering them just by ordering food. The service was extremely slow, the order was wrong, and nobody even cared to fix it properly. The restaurant was dirty, tables were not cleaned, and the overall atmosphere felt careless and disrespectful. I’ve never seen such poor customer service from a fast-food place. Management seriously needs to train their staff better because this was unacceptable. Definitely not coming back.

  Visited KFC recently and honestly loved the experience. The service was exceptional — the staff were very respectful,& made sure everything was perfect. The order came out quickly, the place was clean. It’s rare to see customer service this good these days. Will definitely be coming

  Had a really great experience at KFC today! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, but what stood out the most was the excellent service. The staff were super friendly, polite, and attentive throughout the visit,especially Alga reeba. They handled everything quickly with a smile and made the whole experience very welcoming. Really appreciated the professionalism and positive attitude. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at a fast food restaurant! 👏🍗
