  I have had a great experience at KFC. The food was tasty, freshly prepared, hot, and had a wonderful flavor. The chicken was juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside, and scrumptious. All of the food was nicely prepared and the sides were delicious as well. The service was wonderful as well, the employees were very kind and courteous, and the food was nicely prepared and brought to me in a timely matter. I really loved everything about KFC, the food, the service, and the atmosphere was very clean and well kept. I am very satisfied with my experience at KFC, everything was great! The food was delicious, the service was wonderful, and the quality was top notch. I can't wait to go back to KFC again!

  Went for chicken on Tuesday for the special. It was 11:25pm I was told they didn't have bone in chicken and were not cooking any either because they were closing soon (12am). Absolute lazy behavior. If the sign says you're open to 12am, you have to be ready to make food to 12am. I worked in the restaurant sector briefly when I was younger and closer "early" was never an option. So dumb and upsetting.. (Also to note, as I've typed this review in the kfc parking lot, more that 12 cars have pulled in and will encounter the same disappointment as I have)

  -6/10 - Absolutely Atrocious! Where to begin.... So many years reviewing this franchise over many different locations and many different provinces. Here I waited 26 minutes in store for 2 burgers and popcorn chicken. Yes the sandwiches were hot, extremely hot. Do to them being "cooked to order" which is not a thing at KFC (I've managed a few myself). The reason nothing is "cooked to order" is because all fried products need time to "rest" before serving. This means a standard wait time is required to allowed any and all remaining oil to drip of the product. This was not the case here. As soon as I bit into my sandwich the still extremely hot oil squirt right into my mouth burning my tongue and roof of my mouth. By the time my sandwich was cooled enough to eat, the bottom bun and chicken had become extremely soggy to do the oil which poured out of the sandwich once hung in the air a slightly squeezed. Even when mentioning about the long wait to the employee working, I was interrupted with excuses. I am honestly surprised how KFC has managed to stay open the last few years as all locations visited have had a similar experience.

  The drive-thru experience here was excellent. The line moved really quickly, and the staff at the window were polite and professional. My food came out piping hot and fresh—the chicken was perfectly crispy and the order was 100% accurate. Great spot for a quick and satisfying meal.

  Today I ordered a Spicy Big Crunch Box Meal. Although the order took a while to prepare, the bigger issue was that the fries and popcorn chicken arrived completely cold—not even warm. The delivery took only about 10 minutes, so the food should have been fresh. Considering the price, this was very disappointing. The manager or owner of this location should take reviews like this seriously and work on improving food quality and service.
