- JMJ MSep 19, 20261.0I came through the drive thru Saturday September 19 2026 around 6pm and ordered a triple cheeseburger no bun and specifically asked for no bun and all ingredients between the patties, and I repeated myself because the lady said she forgot my order. I was polite and said thank you or please after every response, even though I was annoyed. She gave a lot of attitude during the interaction and I thought to myself, she's going to ruin my order, I know it, and low and behold, she did. It was extremely soaked, excessive amount of mustard everywhere and ingredients all over the place. I just threw it out since i wasnt sure if she spit in it or dropped it on the floor. Very vengeful. See picture below. That's not right. Edit: Hello, It's almost going on 5 business days and I still haven't received a response. I will have to mention this on another Google review. The administration is just as bad as the customer facing service. You have not stayed true to your word in replying back in two business days so how is one to believe anything you say moving forward. The email you sent said I could reply however when I sent it it said failure to deliver. Very disappointed in you Harvey's and I was a weekly customer and have the receipts to prove it.
