  Been going to this location my entire life. Absolutely disgusted with everything from even opening the door that slams closed (door closer broken). Cashier guy not friendly. Slow service, ice cream was melting as we received them in the store and other customers complaining the same, tables were disgusting sticky and dirty, store floor was sticky and dirty, washrooms disgusting and smelly. Fountain Pop machine had handwritten paper taped all over it “sold out” New Canadians Management. So sad how this location’s quality has gone so downhill!! Do not eat here !! Poor ice cream quality. Waste of $40 for us tonight.

  I really want to like this location, but the mobile pickup process has become a repeated issue. Even when the order is ready and sitting in the fridge, no one checks the pickup station or acknowledges customers waiting there. It’s frustrating to watch a dozen people get served in person while you wait 10+ minutes for an order you placed 20 minutes ago. I finally had to jump into the regular queue just to get my food. I hope management can work on a better system for acknowledging mobile customers so we don't have to wait in line twice.

  Bought blizzards and they didn't taste like they added any flavoring to the icecream. Very unsatisfied. Had to ask to make the blizzard more flavorful and the employee made a face and pushed back. We had to argue to get the blizzard fixed. No music playing In the store just silence. Definitely go to any other DQ besides this one.

  I had put my order in one week ago, and when I called to confirm, it would be ready. I was informed that it had not gone through. The new girl that was dealing with me, took my order again and promised it would be ready by tomorrow.

  I would never eat here again. The washroom was absolutely gross—unclean, neglected, and smelling terrible. It makes me seriously worry about the hygiene standards in the kitchen if they can’t even keep the public areas sanitary. If that’s how they treat what customers see, I can’t imagine what’s going on behind the counter. Stay away!
