  Came in here for take out around 9pm on thursday. It wasnt very busy but it took a long time to order and receive the food. We got our ice cream way before the rest of the food was ready, so buy the time the rest of the food came the icecream was half melted. That was a bust. And then to top it off we got the chicken strips that came with the worlds smallest order of fries. It was pathetic. The guelph location at least loads up the fries. Here it was like half a small fry portion. Disappointing

  Staff has some attitude problem. The cashier lady thinks she owns the place and customer is their servant. Rude and pathetic service.

  Service was good. The kind woman behind the cash was super sweet and funny. But it wa insanely packed. Everyone was in just one big crowd couldnt tell who ordered. Who was waiting... Who was a delivery guy. Was choatic. Food was good, angel food cake blizzard was amazing. Pop was horrendous.

  Every single time I’ve been in this restaurant it’s been an enjoyable experience. The staff are all amazing. It’s weird to say you notice the service at a fast food chain, but the people here are just terrific. Always worth the trip.
