  I place an order directly to this store at 394 Princess Street for pick-up. When my husband went to pick it up, there was only 1 guy and he didn't speak any English, he had no idea what he was talking about and then preceded to walk out of the store, there was no one else in the store to help, he came back in and my husband tried asking again about the order and he just shrugged his shoulders and walk into the back and starting working away ignoring him. My husband left. How can a business run, if you can't understand or speak English and are rude and ignore customers. We will never place an order here again. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

  Accueil bien, petit resto propre mais mal situé. Comme plusieurs des commentaires, le gout est assez fade. J’ai commandé 2 Pad Thaï au poulet, mais la sauce est manquante et il n’y a aucun autre ingrédients que les nouilles, le poulet, les fèves germées et des oignons verts. Il manque minimalement le tofu et les oeufs… et plus de sauce. Je suis assez déçue de cette nourriture puisque j’aime beaucoup votre chaîne de restaurants.

  Most ridiculous taste I’ve ever had for Thai food. I just can’t believe this is a major restaurant chain. We ordered the green curry and it had absolutely no flavor—just some rice mixed with a few veggies, and that was it. Even the red curry was completely tasteless. The guy at the counter said he would cook it in three minutes, and it definitely tasted like a rushed, three-minute job. Save your money.

  I was treated rudely by the person at the front counter. I simply asked about the deal of the week, I was met with “what about it” when I asked what the deal was I was met with scilence and a shoulder shrug. After I simply asked if I should get the deal or not, I was met with “if you like saving like a dollar”. This was completely unhelpful and unprofessional experience.

  Worst Thai Express location. I will never go there again. We ordered 3 dishes and they taste awful. Tom Yum soup was no taste at all. It was just a water with redish color. General Thai with Beef was awful. Very small size beef was covered with very hard white flour shell that seems just cost saving for meats. Also it was spicy for my kid even though I asked no spicy. Pad Thai was just ok. I wasted $60 for horrible food. I asked some hoisin sauce but the staff does not seem to know what it is. He gave me some soy sauce from his cooking. I was not lucky choosing this location because most of nice restaurants were closed as it was Monday.
