  Worst Thai Express location. I will never go there again. We ordered 3 dishes and they taste awful. Tom Yum soup was no taste at all. It was just a water with redish color. General Thai with Beef was awful. Very small size beef was covered with very hard white flour shell that seems just cost saving for meats. Also it was spicy for my kid even though I asked no spicy. Pad Thai was just ok. I wasted $60 for horrible food. I asked some hoisin sauce but the staff does not seem to know what it is. He gave me some soy sauce from his cooking. I was not lucky choosing this location because most of nice restaurants were closed as it was Monday.

  Poor customer service, we were waited at front for 5 minutes no body came to serve , finally we walked out. Time Saturday at 6:30

  Had pad Thai at many locations, but this place had the lowest portion ever seen. Most places had good size portion+peanuts+tea for eat in. Here they packed it and we're not even willing to give a plate when mentioning that I wanted to eat it inside. They would have probably thrown me out for asking. The most expensive for the smallest portion and uncomfortable atmosphere Should have seen the reviews, figures they are open till midnight.

  Avoid! When the male cashier said the card machine is not working, I figured I would just order through the Thai Express app. He said the order didn’t print so refused service! The younger worker saw my paid order, so the older male cashier eventually made the order, with no love. Older gentleman didn’t bag my order. Might return again, as this is the Thai Express with Queen’s employee benefits. But paying with cash or hopefully their card machine works next time.
