  No taco beef on food and the little that was on it was hard and old. Stale taco shells. Chips have no taste. and how do you mess up the drink, my Baja blast tasted like poison. I've never eaten anything more sickening.

  Great employee and management team here. They are very polite and always smiling. Food was fresh fast and delicious

  only taco bell I've ever been to that always gets my order right. staff is super friendly, building is clean, food is delicious!

  Ordered the new diablo buffalo crispy chicken Crunchwrap luxe box for pickup. Upon getting home I realize they forgot the crunch wrap??? That’s the main part of the luxe box and literally in the name of the menu item 🤣 how does that happen??? Called the store twice and no answer… super annoying

  At the drive-through, we asked for a normal fry on the side. The worker said, "A nacho fry?" which we corrected to "No, a regular fry," and she proceeded to confirm that she understood. We also ordered fries supreme with tacos. We drove up to the window, paid, and asked for a receipt. I noticed we were charged for two nachos and cheese. She approached the window with our food and tried to hand it to us quickly and shut the door fast when we stopped her. I asked her if we could be refunded for one and be charged for a normal fry as ordered. She said, "Oh, that reminded me, I forgot to get your nachos and cheese anyway. And sorry, we don't do regular fries." She proceeded to offer to give me fries with nothing on them but still charge me $3.50 for the nachos and cheese. I said no, I want a regular fry cost. I'm not paying more money for a regular fry. She then said that I wasn't understanding her, and I said I hear her clearly, but I just want a refund at this point. She gave us cash and shut the window so quickly. Very poor customer service and communication. They were also laughing over the monitor as we were ordering our food. We will not be returning.
